Buschur Racing FTW!
Well i decided to start building my IX and needed port work done since i'm planning on stick with my IX turbo or a green.
Anyways, i contacted Jrod a few days in advance and he answered numerous PM's very quickly and priced the work out for me. So i sent them my o2 housing/10.5 hotside / manifold all for port work and they quoted me 5-7 days for the work. They actually called ME a few times to discuss what they would be doing, etc and i was blown away with the customer service!! They answered questions and didnt have a condescending tone when i didnt understand what they were saying or when they had too much $h1t to do around the shop. They took there time to make me feel comfortable with my decision and now its my turn to give them repeat business. I would recommend them to anyone and already have a few people locally that will be shopping there.
All in all, the port work came out great and the packaging to get it to my door was no slouch either. This package i'm pretty sure could have been dropped out of an airplane and still made it in one piece, it was crazy well packed!
To wrap this up, they quoted me a price here on evo-m and it was a mistake (or so i thought) but nonetheless i called Jrod and asked him about the bill and he honored the price he gave me through PM without another word.
Customer service goes a lllong way in my book and Buschur racing has TOP NOTCH customer service!!!

Thank you for the post as well as the kind words Andrew. It truly is appreciated! It lets us know we're doing things how they should be done and we're also glad that we earned a new customer.

well instead of starting another thread, just wanted to give my props to Buschur Racing and Nick for helping me out. I called to order some shifter bushings, and even though I was only ordering something small and doesnt cost much, he still was very helpful and nice, and by the time he answered, got my order processed, to the time we hung up, I was on the phone MAY a minute and a half....
