Hi all,

Just wanted to take a moment and share an experience with Chad @ CBRD. Now I'm sure most on here have seen Chad's shop and many of the car's that have come out of it. They're spectacular, also his customers seem to always be thrilled with the level of service they have gotten.

I recently had a transaction that went somewhat bad with a member on here for one of Chad's beautiful radiators. Chad saw my issues and asked me to PM him which I did. He offered to help in anyway he could....Wow! I did'nt even buy the rad from him and he offered to help, Very refreshing. Long story short, You will not find a more professional vendor on these forums. I'm happy to say I've now seen first hand why his customers are always as pleased as they are. I will 100% be doing business with CBRD and Chad in the future. Chad's actions speak to the kind of guy he is and the business that he runs.

we will do what we can to get you a replacement radiator... I will see if any of my clients would like yours in less than perfect condition... some of our track guys could care less how they look... cracks me up..

CBRD FTW! The shop and staff are the best I've ever seen or worked with. I would recommend them to anyone. I am pretty picky when it comes to my car and they will treat you and your car right, and go above and beyond to make the customer happy. They are the best.

 

I've had both my Evo and DSM on the dyno at Chads shop. Always good stuff and very knowledgeable about the cars.
