yo! maperformance is a good company you gotta give them time if your over seas. i mean this is the first time i have heard any type of complaint about them. no one really klnows the whole story but you and Adam and i just hope it all works out and i think you should of spoke to him befor this thread was started or at less try like calling.....hope it "really" works out because i spent about $2k with them and im a happy camper! you gotta put yourself in his shoes man, so just slow down dude it'll all work out atless i hope. GL!!!

 

There are always mistakes or mishaps. I personally have had very good service from Map. When I ordered my clutch they were $75 cheaper than anyone else and I had it in 2 days all the way to Dallas Texas. Sorry you had problems hopefully they all get handled

I've ordered plenty of stuff, never had a problem with adam and the crew.

 

I've had no problems at all working with MAP.

 

I've ordered everything for my Evo and STI from them and never had any problems from them. They always were quick to answer any questions i had always were there for any technical problems. Adam and Dan are great individuals in my book.

As I said to Adam in my PM, this was over a year ago so people could have changed it was busy time for them, who knows, things happen. Pre-sale was fantastic and mirrors what just about everybody else is stating.

I delt with Adam yesterday over AIM, Great customer service hooked it up on alot of parts (and I mean best prices than anyone by far. ) and promised 2 day shipping. Ill keep updated here but so far A++++ Thanks Adam

 

IMO MAP is 100% on their game. I think the last order I placed through them was here in 2 days and communication was top notch

I would have no issue buying anything from them ever again
