I don't know what you are talking about man. MAP is great. I, too, have spent thousands of dollars there and have had no problems at all..but to me MAP is a local shop. It's good to know there is a big shop like MAP around where I live that does things the way they do. As a matter of fact, I think they are the only BIG shop in all the MN surrounding states. They also have the BEST pricing period.

I recently worked with Adam for a few parts including gauges. One of the items I tried to purchase were some Prosports that ended up being backordered and Prosport not admitting it for quite some time. Also the Wideband took a week to get shipped as well. Not MAP's fault for it, and the prices were so good I couldn't really get mad. Eventually we decided to cancel the prosport order and go with a different gauge and Adam and MAP were great to work with.

So even though I had a less than pleasant experience (due to the end supplier), I would still order from them again because of the ease of contact that I had. MAP gets a thumbs up from me.

I've been in the auto industry for a while & I know what it takes to provide great customer service. From my personal experiences with Adam @ MAP I'd say he goes above & beyond. Unfortunately people tend to flip out when they go from great sertvce to a contact issue. Things happen. Give them reasonable time contact you back or try other methods of contact before bashing them. I had an issue a while back with my voicemail at work not being accessible. Most people were very understanding when they called back, but a few were not & acted like I was ducking them. Even had one call the manager & ***** about no returned call without ever trying to re contact me. Things aren't always cut & dry. Keep up the great work Adam.

ritmolocoinc (7:43:03 PM): hey
ritmolocoinc went idle at 8:26:39 PM

I usually turn my aim off around 7:00 when we close. By the time I responded it was 10:00p.m. my time. You have to understand that we are quite a few hours behind you so we are not always around during your day.

I apologize if you feel we didn't take care of you, or anyone in this post for that matter after your purchase. I am on EvoM before work (Just like now) and after work till pretty late in the night. If you guys need anything just make sure you shoot me a pm if its after hours, or during hours shoot me a call.

I have been in this industry for over 7 years and strive to keep costumer service at 100%. One negative feedback like this makes me feel like I'm not doing my job, I have done for so long.

I do feel like you relied on AIM being your only source of contact to me which I don't recommend. You also have 2 other employee's aims which I believe they leave theirs on all the time. One being the owner, I believe the other is the tracking AIM. Just for further reference email is always the best method of contact for us here at MAPerformance. We have our emails up all day, and after hours it is forwarded to our phones which we reply no matter what we are doing!

Toxin - Please contact me via pm, or post back if you have any concerns.

Thank you again, and I apologize.

They aren't kidding about working 12 hour days. I'm friends with one of the owners, he spends more than 2 nights a week at the shop on a cot.

Once again, failure to follow our guidelines for posting a review cause more problems for everyone. They exist for a reason.
