recently got a great service feedback from synapse engineering.

i wanted to share with you to show how great of a customer service i had dealing with them.

i broke one of my brass/copper fitting that goes on the BOV. i called them and said i needed one and they said they would send one out...

long story short. the address i had for some reason wouldnt show up on their shipping computer?... so it took me a while but i finally got it.



they sent me 5 of them, lol

they didnt charge me. and they responded my calls and emails with great attitude even though i was an *** at some time during the last few times i called back.

thanks synapse for selling the best BOV i have ever tried and sending the parts needed to get it running again.

to you guys.

 

Yeah they sent me a few o-rings out on the pronto a while back...
