Sparktech FTW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i had some misfiring issues going on so i stared replacing things b4 getting a retune. car's pretty basic with just an ETS filter, 3" turboback, Hallman MBC & a 104octane unleaded racegas tune. i made the switch to leaded 110 racegas as i felt that a methkit wouldn't fit for what i was doing. the only new parts i added were an uicp & licp. it pulled harder then began acting up. car would stumble in the top of 4th & 5th gear @ wot, or if i was cruising in 4th or 5th. if i mashed the gears from 1st all the way up there weren't any issues

i then changed the front O2 sensor, & plugs to no avail. i borrowed a set of evo ix coils which it ran better but still sputtered. so i looked around for coils & they were anywhere from $171-380 each for new ones...

& then xmas came early for me this year!!! my wife said my father in law would go ahead & purchase the Sparktech non-cdi polished unit for me. it arrived today. packaged very well & dropped in 5min. i reset the ecu & did some highway testing. it fired up & idled as smooth as if i just had a fresh tune. it ran 1000x's smoother than before. the power now is so much more linear than before & there wasn't a SINGLE HICCUP!!!!!!! even did some 5th gear pulls starting @ 40mph (which i could never do before) with nothing more than a lil lag. my Blitz gauge slams over to 2.2BAR & stays there every time. words cannot describe how well the Sparktech product works & i only got the base model!!

special shout out to my father in law Donald for helpin out a brotha...
Shout out to Sparktech for a phenomenal product that provided instant, repeatable results!!!!!!!!!!!!:thu mbup

i will post up pics as soon as my Weapon-R power steering tank gets done @ Evil Engineering & my JM Fabrications coolant overflow tank comes in from MAPerformance...

I agree, Sparktech has a very good and proven product. I have their Pro unit and noticed right away that the car ran better, idled smoother, and the car starts up a little quicker than it did before. You made a good choice
