Hey evo friends i have a problem with gruppe-s i ordered a gauge pod from them on oct 31st through their add on here and have yet to receive it...i pm'd them about 5 times since that time, i emailed their personal website twice, and have called multiple times trying to get ahold of andrew who is the one i placed my order with!!

I finally got ahold of him two days ago and he said he would ship out my item that day i later got an email on here saying my address wasnt on my paypal account and to pm him it(my address clearly is on there but whatever) so i pm him my address and ask politely for a tracking number and have yet to hear back!!

So mods if you can help me out and should i file a paylal claim?

i mean its been 10 days and i cant even get them to respond to any of my emails or phone calls so help me out with what i should do next....

Well got a pm earlier today saying they were gonna ship it and still no tracking number so this is now the third time i was told it was gonna ship out and im still getting the run around!!

 

 

Yea thats were im at ive called and was told it would ship and ive been told twice in email it would be shipped and still no tracking number from them i dont know if i should file a paypal claim or not?

 

well i just filed a paypal claim as im tired of dealing with this company i politely asked for a refund or tracking number to my item this will be the last time i ever deal with them i have never had a problem like this with with any other company!!!

 

well i finally got my pod in today mind you they never sent me the tracking number like i asked i pmed them this morning saying i want a tracking number or refund(prior to getting package) and i got an email back saying it was shipped and then they gave me the tracking number i already got the package at this point so all in all im happy i got my product but they have the WORST customer service and ill never be doing business with them ever again!!

 

gruppe-s are kind of a pain in the butt to deal with. I ordered pads and rotors from them. It took almost a month to get them.

 

I have lost faith in most of these forum vendors... not only do they take time shipping your stuff out, you would think they would give us forum members a break in pricing... I was quoted 1200.00 for the JDM Evo IX bumper...

 

I ordered C-West front bumper from them on Nov.3. They told me I have to wait 2 weeks for it. After 2 weeks I pm them, they told me it's already shipped out from Japan... Until now, I still waiting for my tracking number... They don't replay my pm any more, so I call them to check what's going on . They told me they need double-check my order and will call me back. But still no phone calls from them.

 

I've been dealing with the same issue. Ordered a set of the Volk TE37SL's in gloss black on their group buy on here. After me practically begging them to take my money when the wheels were "ready to ship" I then was told 4 times the wheels were gonna ship.... never did. Finally they just randomly showed up. Mind you they were supposed to come with valve stems.... still have not seen those till this day. Talked to them again last week about them, " The valve stems are going to ship this week". Still nothing. All to keep in mind that this entire process to buy these wheels was started in I believe April 2011, maybe on the 1 year anniversary I'll finally get my valve stems seeing April is right around the corner.
