Angry Rexpeed review

Ok, let me just start off by saying that yes, Derek is great at customer service.

Regardless, I placed an order on January 5th 2012, for the "RalliArt WALLET". One week goes by and finally receive my package. To my surprise I notice the box that came in the package seems a little too small for it to be a wallet. Open it up anyways and...

Oh, thats not what I ordered. Contact Derek ASAP, now... Yeah like I said Derek is great at customer service. All he asked for was my paypal ID and then told me he would send out the wallet. The problem is getting in contact with Derek is kind of a hassle. Usually take a day to get a response back.

Ok Fast forward to today, about three weeks later from my original order date. Pick up my package from the post office, notice the package is a little bigger than the last one. Hooray! Finally my "WALLET" has arrived. Open it up and...

Wow, another keychain? Two ralliart keychains I never ordered. At this point I'm pretty ticked off now... With the whole chinese new year thing going on I can expect to wait probably another two weeks for my wallet *if they ever send out the right thing* to appear.

Not sure if at this point I should file a claim with paypal? I'm hoping Derek can make this right, but i'm really getting tired of waiting.

This is a very petty reason to start a complaint thread about a vendor. I can see if it was a part you needed for an install, or caused you downtime with a vehicle in some manner, but to tarnish a vendor's name because you got two free keychains and not the wallet you want is a pretty ****-poor reason for a bad vendor review.

I can understand the frustration about getting the same thing wrong twice but its just a wallet. IF it was a carbon part from them or a performance part I could see it even more.

That being said. Its not a hassle to get in touch with Derek. He is like 12 hours ahead or something crazy like that. if you want correspond with him real time then stay up until midnight and email him.

I'm sure he'll make it right.

Tarnish? I said Derek was great at customer service, I never bashed the quality of the product. I'm sorry but after a month of waiting and being sent the wrong item twice, I believe I have the right to post my experience with rexpeed so far.

All in all, finally got the wallet. Again, Derek = Great customer service, but has a bad shipping guy, lol.

*p.s. Don't remember having the title read "Rexspeed revie"? infact, I titled it "Wow at REXPEED". Whatever though, I believe this thread can be closed now that the issue has been resolved.

Tarnish, as in having your title read "Wow at REXSPEED" with a in the title line - as if it was some gross error that had caused significant problems for you. You are right, you do have the right to post your experience with them, as we as a community have the right to point out that your reaction was overblown.

Crisis resolved, thread closed.
