its a good example of how skirting paypal as a "gift" can backfire though, always gotta do the right thing even if you don't like paypal

I don't know that we can give you too much help from the forum angle. He doesn't respond to our PM's either, so you will probably have better luck by becoming an immense pain in his *** until you get what you paid for.

 

Lol ya he requested I send the payment as a gift. I sent it regularly but paid extra so he wouldn't get taxed by paypal. After 2 months I tried getting a refund from paypal to find out they have a 45 day return policy. So again buyer beware. Honestly the long and short about it is I would never do business with him again simply because he chooses to ignore his customers. I can deal with his lack of delivering products on time(he himself is the one who set up how long it would take to get my hood, I didn't say I needed it in a week or anything), but completely ignoring a customer after they paid you, not returning calls/texts/emails for 2 months? Unacceptable. I'm sorry that you too have had to endure this.

 

Don't give up yet, I've asked the admin's to help out. I did not realize Robi was still a site vendor. We have more influence with vendors, so I will let you know if we get any answers.
