I want to share my experiences with Extreme Dimensions.
This is a short description.
Ordered their crap got it some stuff broken, agreed to send me replacements, but that was broken as well. Now looking to get a refund and get rid of their parts and i dont ever want to have to deal with them again.
Ordered a front bumper, Fenders and a rear bumper. Fenders came in looking like crap. There was no way of them working on my car at all whatsoever. Unless i broke them and red-did the mold myself. Contacted them and Extreme Dimensions stated that I should have wrote damaged, and that it could have got a replacement sooner. I told them that the fender was not damaged, but poorly made piece after about a week or so I finally got word that I was going to get a replacement fender, what made me feel better was I was get the C-Speed 20mm wider fender. Picture were sent prior to delivery and i took the gamble again. After getting word i was going to get a replacement, it took about 1 week to ship out litterally calling twice a day to ask about it. getting the whole "it should be shipping out tomorrow" So finally i got the second set, and to my surprise it was cracked on one fender, and the other fender was chipped. I contacted them IMMEDIATELY to only tell me that I email a certain somebody and that will start the claims case. okay, so I did 30 minutes later. Let me tell you when you email them they wont email you back with any information you regarding questions. "have you recieved my email?" or "what is a the status of my order?" things like that. They give you little to no information. So annoying.
After I sent the pictures I called them asking if they received them, and according to their answer it was, but it takes 24-48 hours for anything to happen. Maybe a little email saying "we have received your pictures and we will get back in 24-48hrs" instead of leaving us hanging wondering what is going on.
Right now I am in the middle of trying to get my refund. I am completely done with them. The Rear bumper is for sale, and my front bumper will be for sale. I dont want to have to deal with them anymore.
I'm so willing to try and take peoples word and not always doubt them when they are doubted. Extreme Dimensions is one of those places unfortunately.
Products is crap.
Customer service is crap.
Prices are okay, but thats what I get. I paid cheap prices, i get cheap products and customer service.
I should have went OEM, but i took a gamble. and lost. Im not one who is opposed to "knock-offs" i have a few things on my car that are fakes, and are holding up well with no complaints.
Sorry Extreme Dimensions, I await a refund for those fenders.

Small update called them again. They said that UPS should call me back by the end of this week so set up an appointment so they can come pick up their broken fenders.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!
I've literally called back every single day except friday, and they say they're going to do something but they dont. Was told i was going to get a call back. Nothing. Emailed them, and got nothing.

Sorry I'm late to respond, I was made aware of this thread last night by another customer of ours....
Andrew, The first set of fenders was not broken, but they were damaged (lots of scratches iirc) en route, which can happen during shipping. I asked you If the rest of your parts were ok, and you said yes, they were. I then asked you to send pictures of the parts so that our Customer Service Department could open a case with UPS.
These are the images of the original box that you provided to us, which you received and signed ok for on your original shipment:

On January 6th we received your pictures, and in less than 24 hours (on the 7th) our Customer Service department emailed stating that we would take care of the fenders, and asking you if you would like a replacement set. You requested a different set of fenders than what you originally ordered (typically something we do not do, but since you have a military background and we respect that I asked for an exception), and we agreed. You asked if we could provide pictures of the replacement set , to which we said that we could.
These were the pictures you received:

As you can see, They were in good condition before being shipped.
We then asked you to proceed to destroy the fenders you originally received and send pictures so that we could verify they were indeed destroyed. Upon doing so we scheduled your delivery.
Unfortunately upon receiving your second package they too were damaged, this time severely.
You emailed us, at this point wanting a refund (which we can understand), and proceeded to file a damage claim with UPS. You notified us that you did not have the original box, and so we had to notify UPS as well. We asked you to keep all the items as well as the original wrapping, and that UPS would be contacting you for an inspection. Because you did not have the original box, we notified you that we would have to wait for a final outcome of the inspection before we could issue a refund. You were also notified that lack of the original box could cause a denial on the damage claim.
We were denied because you tried to use an (per ups) "old box" and wrapping that we do not use. As of 02/11 (today), we are STILL trying to fight it and have filed an appeal with UPS. Will post an update when we receive one.
Thank you,
Irving

Extreme Dimensions,
The first set of were far from damaged. The were clean, they were, what looked like, paint ready. My complaint is that he first set of fenders were horribly and molded. There would have been no way put these without heavy modifications to the fenders themselves. I am a very patient person. I understand people make mistakes and that things like this happen. That is why I asked for a picture of the new fenders before sending them.
The first set of fenders are just junk. That is why I didn't fully agree with having to write damaged on the receipt because clearly they were junk. They weren't damaged and it's solely extreme dimensions fault for sending such poor quality pieces. Trying to blame the shipping company for your mistakes is wrong and very unprofessional.
The 2nd set of fenders I understand that it was damaged during shipping. I already know your rules and policies about accepting items. Unfortunately, I wasn't there to sign for it. The body shop that accepted it signed for it. Last time UPS called me and said that they will be here at a certain time so I assumed they would do the same. I have spoke to the person doing the work on m car and such about the situation and is well aware.
Customer service is also down the drain. I called every single day for week to try to settled.
What if I ship out the fenders on my own personal money? Is there a chance I can get some money back?
This is ridiculous at times. I email you guys(Ms. Tran to be a bit specific) and I get absolutely nothing. The time I spend on you guys I honestly hope you would do the same.

I do paint/bodywork/carbon fiber and plastic fabrication, and I've repaired/painted/refinished/owned body kits from lots of manufacturers, and Extreme Dimensions isn't bad at all. Those first set of fenders look like most composite body panels I've ever seen. A body guy would just knock it down with a DA to ~400 to prime and paint...you can't just paint over that. After you knock a surface down, you go back and block the edges anyways to clean up gaps, etc. I guess what I'm saying is that ALL composite panels look like that before prep. None of them come ready to spray. Ever. If there were cracks, anywhere, then it was UPS damage and you should have just written "damaged" on the receipt like they said, not made a judgement call.
A lot of customers just don't realize the amount of money and time it takes to paint composite panels, regardless of how ready they look out of the box. You can go cheap/fast but your paint will peel off and have issues after a summer or two
The body guy I had my car at said that the paint and stuff is fine...never the best, but an easy fix. I don't knowing aside from that. But having to put them on the car is where the challenge was at. The only option we saw was to cut and add material and that would have been a lot apparently.
And I stated before it was a little confusing. The first set of fenders are "okay" with the exception of it not being able to install with out much extra work. It felt smooth, it looked okay, some block sanding and possibly some filler and it probably would have fit IF...I said IF they were install capable. Without having to cut and adds material wasn't an option.
Another thing that gets me confused is that they wanted to write damage on the receipt and go on from there. They were not damaged in transits(surprisingly) but super defective. I would have been lying to say they were damaged.
Overall, Extreme Dimenaions, is on a low level "okay" with me. Would I order from them again? I honestly don't know. I am a very patient person. Maybe I will maybe I won't. I will give a better review on the voltex rep front bumper.

This person didn't think our parts were "cheap crap".
My apologies Extreme Dimensions, sounds to me like I a different set of feelings as the bolt up situation is completely different.
Unfortunately, his post isn't going to change mine.
Also if it helps, I do have pictures of the pictures you sent me, and it shows where the crack began on the fenders.

I always kinda feel like if you go out and buy the cheapest fiberglass fenders you can find...then that's what you will get
