10-15whp for ~$250 sounds good to me. 
Now I just have to find installation instructions. Didn't "look" like it was too hard (as seen on tuner transformation), but I'm sure there's a bunch of misc. gotchas that I'm not thinking about/aware of.

If you temporarily adjust your cams to remove the long overlap (e.g. advancing the exhaust and retarding the intake), the car will idle like a stocker and the exhaust gas should pass emissions. When you get back, simply readjust your cam settings and you're done until next year.
