I usualy dont like to rant, especialy not on a public place but this is maybe the only place where you can get some attention, as i get no reply by mail or PM.
I know you vishnu guys are busy, you got a working business , that's cool, but thats no reason to work the way you did with me.
I personaly own a business that's growing too , I have very little time too , but thats not the way i work.
Here's what happened :
- Quote request > 20 August 2004
- Quote recieved > 14 October 2004
- Payment made > 14 October 2004 , I guess you received the funds 1 week after, depending on bank . ( anyway i sent a payment proof by email to confirm i made it )
- Today , November 23 2004 , no stuff , and almost no news , if I want news i have to phone you ( international call at like 1$+ a minute ) , and struggle to hear & understand an english speaking guy ( i'm french ), with all the noise around me ( i work in an industrial area , lotsa trucks , etc.. ) , because i get no reply to my emails or pms.

I understand you guys have lots of work , delivery times with your suppliers etc , thats how it goes. I have 260+ different suppliers myself in my business, and i do have problems almost everytime with delivery. But I DO keep my customers up to date with it. I'm not accusing you of being late , i'm saying you should tell me what's going on.
I had hopes in your products and company , and thought I may be able to sell some of your range here to fellow drivers, and customers who have been asking for it. Hopefully this delay happened with an order that is for me, imagine me explaining my customer that it takes 2 months to have a reply , and 2 more months to have the goods shiped ?

Anyway , i'm sorry for this rant , i usualy don't complain and suffer in silence , but when it gets too long/hard, well...

J'ai commende une pompe a essence et d'autres trucs il y a 3 semaines, hier j'appelle et Nick me dit qu'il ne trouve rien sur l'ordinateur. Il faut donc que j'attende la semaine prochaine pour que David rentre de vacance. It is not very nice to mock the French. One is able to say many things about many people(French expression). Vishnu is late (slow) all of the time. I have asked for a fuel pump and other items and it took 3 weeks. Yesterday I called Nick and he told me that he was unable to find anything in the computer and that I should wait until the next week when David returns from vacation. (I get a little lost here) Something about their products being good but the service is never available when you need it.
