glad to know they did a good job at it and he was able to have the car at the EOC event, so now here comes the question: when are you able to make it Shiv to the next EOC event ????

 

Next weekend is the 25hr race and then i'm going to UK for a week. Back in time for the JTC Time Attack where we hope to run the real race car. Socal is still a pretty long drive away from us so I don't think we could ever make it a regular thing. But we will certainly bring our race car down there before to long. I think that is what post people want to see anyway instead of an off-the-shelf customer car with no racetrack development time.

My goal was Vishnu stage 1+, but now I want a "16g-powered Vishnu stage 1++"...... I don't know what that is, but it sounds crazy FAST!! Of course I will need to upgrade my suspension, tires, wheels, and hire a professional driver.

i think its cams and the 10.5 hotside.

 

The extra "+" signifies either the 10.5 hotside of the TME turbo

Wow I have to admit that I just witnessed mildly modded Evo(suspension and tires slightly modified)stage 1++ can compete with the big boys. Great to see this and makes you wonder what might have happened if the one lap car had competed. Fwiw Marks Gt40s car appeared very fast and Robi had problems all day that he never fully got ironed out. The Mueler entry(Piloted by K. Jordan) was no joke and was able to eek out a close victory in the time attack and was a close second to the Smogg mobile during qualifying. It would of been very interesting to see Robi's car running up to par and Mark's fast well prepped Evo driven by the likes of Robi,Mueller, or KJ. All I can say is that it was great to see Evos doing what they were intended to do and driven by decent- great drivers. BTW Tom's 1++ car ran flawlessly from an engine standpoint(good job Shivladen) but he is likely going to dump his Big O tire sponsership.

 

Congrats Paul and Tom. Ive never seen something like it, but of course it was my first time at an event like that LOL. I had fun and seeing all those Evos got me excited, Thinking of Mods like crazy now!! Even though i wasnt of that much help, i at least enjoyed checking tire pressure LMAO!!
