Calvin or Dustin I talked to one of you on the first 3/1/2005. I don't remember who I talked to, but you have mine. I looked at my debit card and it has been charged the $300 dollars. I'll pay the balance in cash. Larry Landry (Volunteer)

Hmmm... I, like at least one other person here , was under the impression that we had a 'cash option' that I intend to excersize on the day of the tune. Has this changed? Do we need to pay up before the 16th? In full or will a partial payment do? And can't I just pay cash on the day of the event? Enquiring minds wanna know...

this might be a stupid question, but will shiv adjust my cam timing during the tuning session, i still have them set at -5/-5 from the stage 1 even thought i have had cams installed. this is the first car with cams i have ever had dyno tuned(other car is a 95 rx-7) , so wasnt sure if they need to be changed before i show up. sorry if this is stupid to ask, but better to know now then when i get there.

^^^^ best bet would be to have them adjusted prior to him doing the tuning. He is already busy enough tuning cars....I have no idea how long it will take to change the cam gears, but more than likely Shiv will just want to tune the car. My suggestion is to show up early and have someone/the shop, etc change the setting before he tunes the car.

Definitely have your cam gears adjusted prior to Shiv's tuning. At the Tuning Technologies meet last weekend. Shiv twice adjusted cam gears on the dyno (made great power from the adjustment too). The problem was that the shop owner charged by the half hour and that adjustment ended up costing the customer $50 bucks in dyno time.

Zarathrustra,
I use -3, -3 and that setting seems to work great for me. Why are you changing the settings?

no need to worry about adjusting the gears prior to the tune. there will be plenty of willing helpers and tools. we can get you adjusted prior to jumping on the dyno.
