Can Xede break?

Can the Xede "not work?" Do the "fixes" simply involve software, firmware, etc.? I just want to know if its possible that I can get an Xede thats not repairable.......come on, Im dying over here. Shiv, this isn't nasioc.com, you dont have to ignore me...and if you do, i might turn into IE's little brother.

Az3ar- thanks

I'll probably still end up buying it, and if it doesnt work, then i'll sell it to someone else

XEDE's have a warranty on them and they will replace for free under warranty. I don't recall how long the warranty is.

I figured they would have a warranty when bought new from Vishnu...but probably only for 1 year......this guy had it on his WRX for ~2 years.....thats why I'm asking.
