Guys, NEED HELP, Inspection time!!
Hey fellas, I need your help. I have the Vishnu Stage 1+ and my inspection is due at the end of this month. I am running catless and so of course I am throwing the CAT code. I have tried the mech fix using the anti-fouler but it did not work. I know that i have to put my cat back on for visual inspection but I want to make sure I will pass. A good friend of mine has a pocket logger and can erase the code and it stays away for about 50 miles. I have heard two different stories using this method to erase codes. One person has said that it will work and the factory computer will say," READY". Another person has said that it will not work and when you use the pocket logger to erase the cel the factory computer will say, "NOT READY".
Anyway, I am trying to find the best way to get rid of the CEL for inspection. I know that Vishnu has the elctronic fix for 80 bucks. Has anyone used this and does it work. Please help

Everything that i have stated above is pure Fiction. None of it is true. So if you bastrds are watching(you know who you are) my car is 110% street legal.

go to Autozone and rent a OBD-II Scanner for FREE
and erase the code AFTER you install the Anti Fouler
the Cel code will not disappear by it's self. you would have to clear it and it should not come back if you clear it after you install the ANTI FOULER

Tony, you do not have to drive 50 miles to have the ECU say ready. Just clear the code down the street from the inspection joint. I have an OBDII scanner and I clear the code and it still says ready. If you want to stop by we can test it on your car. Come by when the light is lit.
ive never had a light since i had 2 foulers. and btw what you do is tell them that your battery died last night and that is why your computer was reset. I thought it was 500 miles and not 50 miles.
