Hmm.. if the wastegate is set to open at a higher boost pressure, then that may also contribute to why it can get more boost.

i want to know how much power my car will make on a 2wd dyno.. im hopin arround 400 or so.

My car gained 20whp on pump with the Tommi Makinen turbo. It made more than my HKS cams and intercooler did together.

lol i just want to compare to the other tuner's numbers... as they will always appear higher because of the dynos they use.

Asitha's car is a turbo-kit away from being like the shop car. Don't bother with the headstuds or rod bolts at this point. We've never seen the stockers fail.

well the only other difference is that i have the jics and you ran the ohlins.. so ill need those too. JUST WAITING ON LARRY TO FINISH THE TURBO KIT!!!!

BTW Leif, Shiv thought the Asitha tuned JIcs were pretty decent... especially while drifiting at 60 mph trhought an intersection.

This reminds me of the old arguements about which mods "make HP" and which ones "free up" hp. The bigger hotside works the same as a bigger exhaust system does.

FWIW, on a stock car the best bang for the buck mod by far is a cutout in front of the cat. Will get you more power than any other single mod for less than 100 bucks.

thats cuz you prolly took him on a perfectly smooth road, if there was even a slight bump he would have hated them.
