ok, ok, enough with the cheap shots. And btw- I "have" ran a 13 sec pass. 13.8 on the stock ECU to be exact.....in the summer heat like 2 years ago, and have yet to go faster with the COBB ish. Hoping for good things with the Xede.

Just to give you guys an idea, Alfred from Technologies got out of bed the night my motor broke and met me at his shop. Then he offered to give me a ride home passed midnight 35 miles away. And it has only gotten better since then. I swear they treat cars as if they were their own. They never take risky shortcuts and exude honesty and integrity. They also are enthusiastic about the project and are doing almost all the work themselves. They have my utmost confidence. Without these guys, this experience would have sucked.
Shiv doesn't like the big turbo idea but he and David have been helping me out finding good deals on parts and both have been very supportive and giving me great advice. I never believed that the Xede can't handle big turboed, high horsepower applications and I would love to prove the doubters out there wrong.
AMS just rocks. Look at what their 35r kits and their strokers achieve. I love the low profile of the Vishnu exhaust manifold on their stage 3s, so I would consider either kit. AMS has been great giving advice on which pistons to use and are working with Dave at Vishnu to help out with their various combos and their prices are very fair.
Benson's Machine is shop in Orange County that is renowned among those in the know for methodical engine building, balancing, and machining. Chris from Tuning Technologies is friends with Benson or I would probably have to wait 3 months to get my work done.

I just purchased AMS' stroker kit. Standard kit, no frills. I will be running it with my TME 10.5 Ti turbo for now as no funds are available to go for the gold....
Also, it turns out that I am only going .020 over on my pistons as my cylinder walls were in pretty good shape.
Should be a lot of fun spooling at 2200 and pushing 420ft lbs (dynojet) just after that...
