Oops, I didn't see this. ZIP files added, although winzip should have no problems with tar.gz.

I'm gonna work on some stuff this weekend and maybe try getting this little puppy to run on a PalmOS.

I believe... I have an older palm pilot I actually think it is the first one made that uses serial to connect to a pc. This thing uses 2AA batteries LOL. My new Sony Clie uses usb to connect, but I'm gonna mess with the older model first.
The file just wasn't able to open the first time with Winzip. Not sure what the problem was. I usually use gzip on my linux box.

I used to have one of those. Good luck getting it running on THAT. Python does work on it, but if it's a Palm Pro (circa 1996) then the z80 processor on that thing is about good for squat.
I'm of the opinions that datalogging software doesn't need to run on anything less powerful than the xede's processor itself. My software should work quite well on an IPaq or something running linux.

Version 0.3 available at the website. In case you didn't notice from the previous pic, there's a workable GUI. It can datalog to a file from the gui. I hate writing GUIs.
This hasn't been mentioned, but it works on linux too.

Is anybody interested in a windows release? I was fooling around with a windows XP box this morning and verified that my code does indeed run on windows without any modification.

Yes, but I have just been too busy to do anything with this at this time.... How is V3 of the Xede firmware working for you? It seems with the last beta release that it is rather stable at this juncture.
I have a (very) small Sony tablet (U750p w/ Windows Tablet OS) that I have been using with the Xede and OBD II interface. So that will be my near term target for the software.
