Problem boost its been pulled by 4000 rpm

Hi I think I have a problem I recently installed the 272/272 set to -2-2 and am running the stage 1+ (390) map with Xede Flash and my car boosts to 1.58 bar (22.9 psi) till it hits 4000 rpm than drops to about 1.18 bar (17.1 psi) and than slowly goes up till like 1.28 bar (18.5 psi) it does not seem normal to me when I run the stage 1 map it held steady 22 psi now that I have cams gears and am running stage 1+ map its giving me problems any advise would be appreciated thanks .

Try to change your cam gears to -4, -1. Sounds like the boost pressure is dropping off too quickly, even for a standard map. Also, make sure your running the right map for whatever octane your using.

I am running a 93 octane stage 1+ map with -2-2 Andrew at Dyno4mance told me to do so you think that I should change it to -4 , -1 ?

You may want to see how adjusting the boost table makes the car react.

Any suggestions what should I change in the table it always happens at 4000 rpm if I start a pull above 4000 rpm it stays steady by 22.4 psi

so is there any reason that the Stage1+ map is lower on boost till the 4000 rpm because my base map for Stage1+ table is 92.9 till the 3000 rpm then 94.9 at 3500 rpm then 96.9 at 4000 rpm

Try putting the stage 1 map back in and see if this still occurs....
If not then mess with the new map....THE CAM GEARS ARE FINE!!!

There is also the possiblity that you installed the cam gears 1 tooth off. It would cause the car to run somewhat normal, but be extremely slow, and have strange boost issues. I agree with Andrew.

Ok now is a lil better the boost dos not fall off at 4000 rpm no more but now it falls at like 5500 rpm to like 1.28 bar ( 18.5 psi ) and then goes up to like 1.33 bar ( 19.3 psi ) any other suggestions or should I just adjust the boost table a little more at that rpm level ?

Please check your cam gears. I have a strange feeling that they may be off a tooth.
