Need a little help with Xmap

Well yesterday I did my firmware update for my V3 finally, lol. I tried using Xmap 3.0 at first and was not successful, so with Dustin's advice I used the Xupdate. But before I did that I had the downloaded and saved with the Xmap. So then I did firmware update with Xupdate everything ran smooth.
Do you have to reboot Xede after u finish update and how do you know that the process was done correctly?
Then I got the Xede back into boot mode and used the Xmap to upload the maps. After you upload the maps, it asks u to burn the maps to IIFROM (or something like that), Do you like yes or no?
My problem is I am getting a green light and but the car is boosting past 12 psi. What should I correct? When clicking on Xede information, it shows the map in the Xede.
Any help would be great, thanks in advance.

If it show the map in the xede then the map should be there. about your boost our car should boost pass 12psi and hopefully around 20-22 psi taper to 17-18psi.

is it possible that the boost wire came disconnected from the xede harness. Mine had done the same thing once.
