s.m.a.r.t install and new software
I don't have a picture of the wideband that can answer the question, but couldn't you remove the connector from the sensor's cable to permit installing it through the existing hole? How did Ludikraut's install get through the hole? I though he has the same wideband sensor?
To be honest I would cut the wires on the wideband itself and splice them before I hogged out a larger hole for the connector. I'm always concerned about breaking the galvanize when living in the Midwest. Solder and heat shrink is a 10 min job.
1) I wasn't able to fit the wideband through the hole in the footwell without some serious dremmeling. We tried for quite a while, but it just wouldn't fit without enlarging the hole. Anybody else experience this?

On another note what are you guys doing to prevent wear through of the sensor wire jacket and prevent moisture intrusion? Do you split the plug that was in the hole or find a grommet?

) but not so much that the grommet was loose. I can send some photos if people are interested, but the the photos in the forthcoming vishnu install guide should be fine.d
