Smart map switching problems

Smart map switching problems
Has anybody had problems with map switching when using a smart map? With the latest firmware, I can load two regular v3 maps, but only one bank is available for smart maps.
No, am not using launch control. I have a regular 6-table smart map.

I have reflashed the latest firmware several times, but with the same effect. The second bank is unavailable if a smart map is in the primary bank. I spoke with shiv-jr, ahem, dustin this afternoon. He assures me that I'm just being retarded and _something_ is configured incorrectly.
So you guys _are_ able to use two smart maps?

You should be able to load up both map banks with 6-tabled maps (12 tables total). However, when you activate the secondary map for the first time (by bringing the map switching wires together) XMAP will not indicate that you have switched map banks (from 0 to 1). All you will see is a solid red LED. But once you upload, burn and power off/on, it will work just like before. Hope that helps...

I swear to god, this didn't work the first ten times I tried uploading a map to the second bank. However, on the 11th try everything worked like magic. Oh how I love software.
