Funny you mention that... I have intermittent warm restart issues with SMART. Like an old carbureted car on a cold morning, I have to "give it gas" to crank it up.

Anytime, brotha! I'm really sure you have a bad XEDE or harness. I'm predicting harness, but we'll get it figured out soon. I think you will enjoy your car a lot more when its functioning properly.

 

Well I'm betting Xede and not harness since we've already tried swapping harnesses... we shall see.

 

Great News guys, Creaders are in. We got 25 in today. People who have sent their defective Creaders will have first priority if there are any left over then I'll ship out SMART orders. We should be getting another shippment of Creaders next week as well. I've received a lot of your Emails, i'll also try to send emails out to people who i'm sending Creaders out to. I havent installed my smart yet. is there any way without installing that I can tell if the creader is bad?
my xede isn't going in until the end of the month....

Yes, just plug it in. It does not tie to any other component of the SMART system. If it doesn't do the 1 2 3 4 5 Run thing and just sits there with - - - - - it is bad from what I read above.
