IMHO, the cost of a couple of gallons of 104 Octane Unleaded is miniscule within the context of the "real cost" of a track day (which includes tire and brake wear).

My car is bone stock, but I started tossing some 104 in just for security when doing track days in the ungodly Texas heat. The extra $6 per session (2 gallons at $3.00/gallon more the cost of pump gas) bought me a lot of peace-of-mind.

I agree that is a wonderful thing to do. However .... I need a straight answer from Shiv about running the Stage 1 map on a Stage zero + car DAILY as well as when tracked.

I actually reloaded my OLD stage zero map for the races today. I was told that flames were shooting out the back of my car almost continuously!

Oh and BTW I went through two tanks of gas with just a little over 1.5hrs of track time. http://media.putfile.com/Darth_OnFire61
