What causes the dips? Does it get smoothed out by Xede or reflash/other boost control? Or just part of the evo design/function?

thanks
You can get rid of it completely with the XEDE if you map it accordingly. But in stock form (with the stock ECU), it's completely normal. The factory ECU allows for a brief overboost followed by a closed loop correction back down to its desired boost level (MAF regulated).

ok watever dyno ur on. 265 whp and 276 torque... that would be easily over 320 hp. I dont believe its whp, other than i dont kno what or the dyno is totally different. ( though i NEVER heard any DYNO read 265 awhp and 276 torque on any stock evo, dynojet or etc.)

Just for reference your car will make about 225 whp on our dyno...so about 15% higher than a Dyno Dynamics on the newer Dynojets

From what i can remember, Nick from precision said that after testin on the dyno with the IX, he came to the conclusion that the extra power is mostly due to the turbo. Im curius to see what it does when you guys disable the MIVEC

Is there a difference? Cosmetically, the wing looks the same... at least according to Mitsu's North American website.

I've posted somewhere in a Buschur thread about how he is tuning his diffierent stages - BR320(330?) & BR350 for the IX??

I guess for the BR320/330 just slap a BR sticker on it That's a very expensive sticker

For the time being, we are only reflashing the ECU. We have to get a new plug-in harness made for the XEDE since the EVO 9 ECU has different connectors.
