Hi freinds i just want to know the following difference:
the GT3037 of the stage 2 vishnu what bhp could it produce on 91oct and with 100++octane and whats the max boost on this kit?

you can make upto 490whp on a dyno jet with the stage 2 kit on ms109. on 100 octane arround 470. on 91 arround 400whp.
max boost should be arround 30 psi. im sure you can go higher as well. My car is only boosting like 27-28 psi.

91 - 373 25 psi
98 - 423 28 psi
109 - 456 35 psi
3rd gear pulls on the TT Dyno Jet.
Stage 2 272/272
All different maps
3071 on 91 pump can make similar hp

with same turbo, but the lag is fairly easy to drive around especially with a good clutch. Even though full boost is at 4000 rpm, you feel it it's full impact a few hundred rpm later.
This set up is made for the factory exhaust manifold. If you mis-use it, you'll end up with more tickets than Shiv.

jalen. i dont see how thats possible.. my car makes 400+ whp on shivs dd dyno @ only 27-28 psi boost. it never ever goes near 30psi. Ie evo make 415 on shivs and made 496 whp on teh tt dyno with teh same tune.

Here is Jaylenospoolboy's Chart. Brett, please correct me if I'm wrong.... but I this tune was done in very hot conditions (look at the enviromental data) and done on MS109 unleaded. I'm not sure how Brett is sure he is running 35psi, as I thought his boost gauge only read to 30. He made 455whp, 411wtq.

We were sure because I had Alfred and Cris (AKA Alfredo y Dios) install a 35 psi boost gage. Your chart is from the re-tune a few weeks after the TT SMART seminar you hosted. At the Dyno Day, the car's wastegate came loose. When Alfred re-tuned it, the 91 tune pick-up 40 hp, the other tunes picked up some which I don't recall, but the spool came on much earlier.
Yes it was warm, buy I don't think it would be near Ron's 494 if conditions were cooler. I dyno'd the car at Harmonmotive a few weeks after this pull and to keep all things equal, the UNCORRECTED numers were 4-6 hp higher with air temperatures 15 degrees cooler. Only difference was the brand of 105. F and L 105 vs VP 109 at TT (also r+m/2 = 105).

Ding ding ding ding! I think you may have hit on something here. I know Asitha's has a bigger A/R, but it would make a lot sense if the internals were different. My car spent A LOT of time on the dyno. I think they got everything out of the turbo they could get safely.
