Xflash only comes w/ free tuning with the EVO 9. It's $100 extra plus $75 for dyno time for EVO 8 guys.

Hi guys,
Have we decided on a rough date? If not, let's do it. I can then put the dyno day order page up on the website so people can pay their deposits on-line

well, if tuning is on a saturday, I have to work till 4pm. Make me scheduled the latest. If it's on sunday, anytime during the day is ok.

I will most likely pay the deposit at the shop while i'm down in the bay area early february.

Is this the final list?

1) Cloud-- Custom EVO IX XFlash tuning
2) JJ_008-- Custom EVO VIII XEDE tune RX6 turbo 2 Maps
3) boostedwrx-- New EVO IX XFlash+tune
4) jd323-- New EVO VIII XFlash+tune
5) (E)VO--New EVO VIII Xflash+tune
6) reactionevo8- XEDE tuning 2 maps
7) Local Salem guy (Not on Evom)--Custom EVO IX XFlash tuning
8)

Xflash, no tuning
1) Hexagon - I'm in for an Xflash only on an a stock Evo VIII.

Anyone else going to sign up? Also have we confirmed where we are going to do it at?
Seems like the majority want it at Axiom. 8 Tunes in a 9 hour day is going to be packed.
I've already talked to the owner and got the green light for it. Just give him a call Shiv to finalize the date, ect. How many more do we need to get signed up for a 2 day event?
I'm not sure if there is enough time to get all 8 properly tuned. What you could do is talk to kyle, the owner of Axiom, to open earlier or stay open later, or a combination of both. I'm sure he won't mind.

The date is Feb. 25th and Axiom is the place. I am considering this very firm.

jd323, you can have the last spot.

Sounds good. I'll have one of the guys put up the deposit page on the website. In about a 2 weeks, we're going to ask for payment in full-- also payable by website.

see ya guys soon..,

Is it too late to get added to the "Tuning" list?

I would now like a Xflash and tuning. If I am too late no biggie.

With my personal experience, the just the xflash loaded, the car went from 235whp on his DD dyno to about 260. Then with the tuning he extracted another 25whp to 285whp.
Not to mention all the extra midrange gains. Also, I think the tuning is free with the purchase of the xflash anyway.

If you decide to pick up my exhaust, I'll show you my charts. The exhaust helps so much in the high range, where my car was "choaking up" at the top without the exhaust, and with the exhaust, the dyno chart keeps going up.

Quick question:

Does #7 on the list (Local Salem guy (Not on Evom)--Custom EVO IX XFlash tuning) already have an ecutek based reflash and wants to get custom tuned. Or is his ECU currently stock and needs the actual flash as well as custom tuning (which would be free)?
