Shiv, Dyno Day in WA?
Shiv, Dyno Day in WA?
Hey Shiv,
Just got back from our dyno day and it was pretty tight, lots of people.
I was talking to the owner of Axiom Motorsports, and he would love to
Have you come up for a couple days. Maybe you guys can work something out?
Lot of people there said they want a Vishnu tune to me after I put down the
highest hp of the day. They use a dynapack dyno BTW.
336.5 hp / 420 flywheel (It measures flywheel hp too)
318.4 tq / A little over 400 flywheel tq.

It's pretty tough to do a dyno day on Dynapacks, btw. There is a lot of set-up time required. Not saying that it's impossible but it does require a good deal of manpower to pull it off smoothly. If they are willing to do all that work at a reasonable price to you guys, then sure.

Yeah, I got my exhaust.
It is a lot of work in setup time with the dyna packs but they were pretty efficent and
fast with it. If you came up, I'm sure lots of people would sign up, and the staff
At Axiom would set up the cars for you. It would be nice if you set up a post asking how many people would be interested. I've known the owner of Axiom for almost 8 years and
He said he's very interested about it.

XEDEs and XFlashes cost $995 and $395 respectively. Those who purchase either of these for the Dyno day will get dyno tuning for a flat fee of $100 (usually $250/hr at our shop).
EVO IX
XFlashes (Ecutek-based) cost $750. Those who purchase this will get free dyno tuning (usually $250/hr at our shop)
Those who already have an XEDE can get custom dyno tuned for $275 for one map or $325 for two maps.
Those who already have an EVO 8 XFlash can get custom dyno tuned for $300. Those will EVO IX XFlash can get custom tuned for $200. The limit is 8 cars per day. With a minimum of 4 new customers per day. We can do up to 2 days if there is enough interest. These prices do not include payment made to the dyno facility which usually turns out to be $75-100/car.
Phew...
any questions

At Axiom's dynapack I put down 336.5hp
And on shiv's I put down around 285 on his DD.
The only difference between my Axiom pull and at Shiv's is obviously
The location (WA vs Cali) Gas (91 vs. 92 WA) and I have a catback exhaust now.
I only had a dp and test pipe when I was at Shiv's.
I highly recommend his flash, other Evo's that day were putting down much lower
numbers then mine, with more mods. The difference between my baseline and
reflash numbers were as much as 90tq, 80whp at 7k RPM. Its not just the peak,
the midrange gains are even crazier!
