IX Downpipe Question
pics
probably not the best pics since I just jacked up the car .. but here they are. If you want something specific I can try again.
The O2: I had to put a lot of electric tape to make sure the rubbing will not short out the cables (it happened once).

By the looks of it the only reason that your O2 sensor is rubbing due to the O2 bung is at a 90 degree. On my Greddy TI exhaust system, the O2 bung is actually at a 45 degree, so hopefully mine will not rub.
Is it possible to get a better pix of the DP where the front tie bar is located? It your educated guess and by look at it, is it possible for the DP to clear the tie bar without the shims? Thanks

By looking at those pics I would think it will need shims to allow the tie bars to clear the pipe. Thats just a guess from what I can see in the pics. also looks very close to the TC, at least when compared to the new helix DP that Ive seen pics of. Would definately have to see pics of the exhaust and how it interacts with the tie bars. Im also not a huge fan of how the O2 sensor is sitting, cant tell if its actually pressing against the underside of the car or if its just the wire.
this just in. evomoto confirmed the fitment that the DC sports DP will fit on an IX. might be close fit but i guess a fit is a fit no matter how tight the clearances are
