Okay, general rules of thumb with your mods and getting a MAF car to idle:

Big injectors: I don't know about 880cc's, but once you go over 1000cc or so, you can't get the dwell time low enough to idle smoothly. I would try turning down fuel pressure a bit here to compensate, but that may or may not work. Find out if other guys running 880's are having these issues. Could also be a rescale thing.

Hard intake pipe: Sometimes (like with Buschur's first gen intake), the hard pipe will cause some turbulence in the MAF housing, affecting the idle. I would try switching to the stock airbox and see if it gets any better.

If he goes back to stock box he probably cant run the upper intercooler pipe.Have you tweeked the air screw on the throttlebody to raise idle.

Hi I have a RNR GT35R Turbo kit, 880cc Injectors and am running the Intake with K&N open element filter and the Idle is just like my old setup witch was V390 the only difference is between my old setup and the new setup is when I come to stop sometime the car is searching for the ideal idle but if that happens it is only for like few seconds, so it could be the ECU scaling problem if nothing helps I would send the ECU back to Vishnu just to be sure it is scaled correctly.

Can you just adjust the idle in the XEDE?
