Just make sure peak boost is in the 21-22psi range. You might have to adjust the boost table a little bit.

 

i do have a hi flow cat, should that make a dif?

That's fine. But you will have to adjust the boost table a bit. You can also try the other Stg 0+ map as it was for a car with a free flow cat like yours. However, it is running SMART so you would have to zero out the SMART fuel and SMART timing tables. Easy as that!

i tried to connect to the xede and was not getting any indication that the laptop and xede were communicating, but as its getting late i think i am going to fix it in the mourning or afternoon. Any advice would help a bunch thanks

 

It should communicate no problem.. esp if your laptop has a serial port. If it's USB, and ur using a USB->serial converter, some brands have been known to cause problems. The one we recommend is from IO Gear. It works and it's the cheapest.

 

its the radio shack kind, also my laptop keeps saying something about comm 1 being taken, anyone know what that means?

 

In the title says you need V2, do you have V2 or are you running on V3?

If you are getting a com 1 error it may be you need to configure your usb to com 4 or 5

 

i have v2 but the map i need of the vishnu site will not work, i dont know why

should the led on the xede be green or red when it is first installed

 

it should flash orange with the igntion power ON. Once the caar starts, it should turn solid Green.

 

i ment without a map when the ignition is on
