hey smoked, have you noticed there wasn't any meth map? or that he stated that his meth map was not using the smart timing, but there is a smart timing map with values? i pm'd him to see if he could post the answers here for others to read.

That is too funny. I'm going out to my car and physically check the pin and I'll make sure the 93+meth is posted.
Gimme a minute.
OK, i'm back...
Pin 3 Grey connector. Here is what is on the connector.
Pin
1 Red wire to serial port
2 Dark Green to ECU
3 Green ALKY CONTROL
4 Black to serial port
5 White to ECU
6 Black to ECU

OK - the map. The table are called SMART timing but they are just the regular timing. It is NOT SMART Enabled. Attached.
How's that?

I also wanted to add what Cajun sent me about his cam/timing setup:
"I run the 264I 272E at -2 -2. I was running -3 -3 which made smoother power but the -2 -2 made a bit more at the peak.
There was some testing done with 246/272, 264/264, 272/272, 272/264 and they all made the same power when set at the same -2 -2. So 264 and 272 are equal or VERY close in gains. The 280 cams are a difference."

is anyone else having trouble seeing the methanol map? i'm talking about the actual box that you see values in (just like boost, timing, etc). according to that map index box that pops up with the maps when you open the file, there should be 5 maps. timing, smart timing, boost, fuel, and methanol. i see the first 4. also there is a methanol button under the black box on the main screen where the live data displays, but if i click on it, it doesn't launch anything unlike the other four buttons. i look under the water spray function in the drop down menu and it looks like it is correct. i'm confused as to why i can't see this map. anyone? cajun???

just want to update you guys. i did finally get the meth grid to open up. it will not open with the rest of the maps when i open the whole map initially with xmap 3.2. for some reason if i go to the maps tab on xmap and then click on tile, it pops up. i can also just hit f10 and it shows up. after that i can click on the methanol button on xmap and it opens just fine. i can also close all the maps and click on view all maps and it will show up with the rest of them. i have no clue why it does this. i'm just happy i can see it now.
You want to know what it is.... this is a good one. I bet you have the windows task bar where it does not autohide. the Meth map is in the bottom left corner and if you task bar stays up you won't see it. If you enable autohide, you'll probably see it.
Now wouldn't you feel dumb if that was the case... HAHA.
