Anyone experience this problem ? Any inputs, Shiv ?

A couple of things:
1) Make sure you have the boost controller hooked up correctly (do you have a boost guage?). If you are boosting at 100% of the boost solenoids cycle all of the time and you have taken out the restrictor, you could conceivably hit fuel cut.
2) Make sure that none of your connections can touch metal. If you have the P&P cable, make sure the PCB cannot make contact with anything metal under the dash.
Also, what map are you running? I have run the 91 oct Subzero, Stage Zero and Stage Zero + without hitting any sort of fuel cut. I did however have stalling when I had the cable in a position to make contact with metal. Once I fixed that, there were no problems.
