Why don't you learn some manners, kid?

My comments are directed toward the original poster... If you do not care about it, that's perfectly fine... but try to post something coherent, at least.

It's just a suggestion.

After all, they are working beautifully with the Xede that you sent me 2 to 3 weeks weeks ago.

282 HPs measured with the G-Tech Pro Competition, and the last 500 rpms before redline remaining fairly flat and constant (no power drop-off).

That equates to roughly 320 AWHP "Dynojet"-illusion (approx. 1.16x) multiplier. Of course, crankshaft pulley (with Shiv's does not feel comfortable with) accounts for a good 10-15 horses.

Yep. You should see them on Tuesday. Let me know how you like them with your cams.

If the cam gears should be set at 0, then there is really no need to have the gears correct(when being used with HKS cams)??

True and I asked the same thing, The deal is Shiv has not worked much with the stage1+ maps and I think is going on the safe side until he has time. I know I did not want to waste the 280 for something shiny, hell I could of got a BOV for that

even though the I wanted the cam gears set at 0 initially, it gives the option to tweak it later. I was really disappointed at not being able to dyno and tune the car. I thought that I'd have a nice stage 1+ 264/264 map to share with those that are interested today.

2f2f send me back that pm or copy it here to show thes guys my impressions. All I can say is good God stage 1+ is one rip *** setup I did the cams on sat rest timing / loaded the map today and the car is a ferrari. 100 comes and goes so fast its insane- throttle response is instant torque and there is more past 7K than a factory EVO in the meat!! The ultimate in road race technology. If shiv gets more with mechanical advance/retard no car is safe!!

What is the likelyhood of passing a smog test with these cams? Right now that is the only thing stopping me from buying a set.

MP5's pm to me

Um how do I put this

No BS no ***** *** **** (pardon the french but Im stoked) This thinsg ripps HARD!! I can break all four loose going from grandma normal daily driving speeds in any corner at any time! I can also chirp them from first slmming the gas at ~2800 but the drivetrain takes a thrashing. There is MORE pull past 7000 rpm than a stock EVO in the meat of the powerband. Um so yea this is one fast SOB. I did a roll on with a friend in a Mach 1 that runs 107 traps and wasted him time and time again even from 3rd gear. I am going to have a friend in a 03 cobra that runs mid 12 come over and do some roll ons. The Mach 1 guy was scared as **** on my test route The only bad thing is 100 comes and goes insanely fast. loadinf the stage 1 produces a lot more lope but I was able to dial it in to my liking very easily with just 4 cell changes and upping the idle rpm ~50 rpm. Get the kartboy you will thank me and be very pleased it is truley icing on the cake

Would you care to elaborate? Does that refer to crank pulley or other pulleys? Unorthodox stuff looks like it's well made. The crank pulley is another issue.

After doing all my dyno tuning (5 hrs) with the HKS 264 combo the setting that I found to be the best for whp without a loss of torque, with pretty good idle was
-3 IN and -2 EX. Just my 2 cents.
