I think i'll stick with making shifters.....
I know I have it right now but I had more then 2 wires out one time and I think I put it in the wrong slot. The relay clicks when I go from vac to boost, and when I go from boost to vac so I know it's working. Now I just have to go through the wires and see what one is in the wrong place. I am not the only one who has done this about 4-5 others and now there car will not idle because they did it wrong. Anyone know where I can get a wire diag with the ECU colors to where it goes in the harness?

that sounds just like what was happening to my car.
now when your car is running and up to temp. lightly press the throttle then back off. does the relay click a lot? then you have the wrone wire like i did.

take the wire from the opposite side of the white cap.

Well, I know I installed my Xede right. My biggest mistake is not doing the cam gears myself! Those a-holes could have really screwed up my motor.
One funny thing about my Xede install. I'm not sure if the directions were wrong or if my harness is installed backwards. When directions would say "it's the yellow connector located on the far right" it was actually the one on the farthest left. It was easy enough to figure out but I actually later tried to turn my whole ecu around to get the new xede wires to fit better under the glovebox area. Couldn't do it, but it all fits ok anyway.

my rpm still drops and stalls on a few occasions. tried the MAF increase at low load/rpm, turning the throttle screw... anything else ?
also, my car started revving to 3k rmp yesterday after i shut down my ignition (and the turbo timer was doing it's warm-down)
only for a 2-3 seconds but scared the crap out of me.

A quick question about the clicking noise. Shiv himself installed my xede and I love it. I didn't even notice any clicking sounds at all, but in the last week, mostly cold weather here in Colorado, I notice a clicking noise about 30 seconds after I begin to drive off with a cold engine. It is about 5-10 clicks rally fast from the XEDE, only a second or two, and then no more clicks after that. I never noticed it for the first three weeks I had the Xede. Anyone hear this same noise? No rough idle or boost issues at all.
Here is what's going on with mine and I have not had a chance to change the harness. When left outside 20-30* when I start it the car revs to say 1500ish rpm and then after about 10 seconds that relay starts to click, and with every click the idle drops as well as the car smokes some until it's warm and it does this for about 2-3min. If I leave the car in the house NONE of this happens. I think it is plugged in the correct spot because I can lower the boost I just think the relay is screwed a little because everytime it clicks the idle drops 100-200 RPM's and the smoke is unburnt fuel because I can smell it. No click, or smoke when it's in the house.
