I didn't make it to the chat, but here's a post Shiv made about XFlashTuner.

The proto is still sitting on my desk..sigh Haven't had any time to devote to it. Maybe after OTC As it stands, it's basically a revised version of our EMI Adapter than we use to use for the WRX. Expect that it takes in MAF and Crank Angle Sensor (CAS) for fuel and timing control. It's basically going to be a very easy-to-use system that employs the use of a little knob that you can turn to make the ECU mapping more or less aggressive. You cannot modify fuel and spark timing independantly so don't expect it to give you anything close to the tuning resolution as the XEDE. But frankly, given the recent and soon-to-be-ready features we've added to the XEDE/XEDEFlash combo, it's going to have a limited market appeal I think. In other words, the extra feautes of the XEDE/XEDEFlash combo will more than justify, IMHO, the price difference. No, I'm not sure on the final price of the XFlash tuner so don't ask
Its not what I was hoping for. Looks like I'm going to go with UTEC or Xede. Now I'm trying to filter through all of that.

So I take it we can't upload different maps then, with the XFlash Tuner? Bummer, I just had my ECU XFlashed this week.
