We aren't protecting anyone. We do however do our best to keep subjective complaints off this board. ie...if you have no proof of wrong doing on the part of whoever you are complaining about, or you aren't forthright and telling the WHOLE story, your thread will go nowhere.
Just as we try to keep subjective Vendor complaints off this board, we try to keep subjective claims made by Vendors about their products off the site also.
It works both ways.
