My buddy who owns a shop in PA knwos Shiv and he sent him out a stage 1 for his STI and gave him next day for free and a huge discount on the parts, i was wondering if he was doing this for all his good customers and if so its not very fair to the people that bought stuff from him, we woudl like a discount and you killed me on shipping....well not me i only bought the xede wich i am still waiting for for 3 weeks after i next day aired it to him and he relpyed that it was broken and needed parts, and yet to tell me whats going on with it, i hope i dont have to take it to the next level with lawyers over a 800 dollar part but i migth have to being so far away...you should treat every customer the same we are all buying the same stuff....calling you mon shiv since you dont answer me...

there are just so many things that you don't understand and yet you go on about accusing people of stuff like that. maybe due to the fact that your buddy owns a shop he got wholesale price because he has tax id number and setup an account with vishnu. maybe Shiv decided to build a long term relationship with your buddy so he gave him a good deal. Shiv is the owner of the company. he can do whatever for whoever he want and that is not only fair but it is life. i know for a fact that i cut a lot of my costumers great deals and sometimes i even give them stuff at cost. this is my business and i can do it. i am also sure that people like Eric, MP5 etc.. also get good deals becuase guess what, they are good costumers. a costumer that buys everything from you and send you a lot of people is a good costumer and they do deserve a good deal whenever it is possible. a costumer that buys a product here and there, has no loyalty (which means that they go around asking for the better price) and doesn't really promote the vendor is just a costumer and will pay MSRP.

this is not directed at you because i don't know enough about your relataionship with Shiv to judge that.

 

Did your buddy pay less for his car too? More for his Wheaties? Less for his Viagra?

It's a free market and Shiv can sell his parts at whatever price he wants too.

Paid for gas lately? There's a good class action for you.

As far as not getting a response from your vendor, that pisses everyone off. I bet you'll get a better response if you make nice nice though. My bet is he's out of town for the holidays. I haven't seen many responses from him lately

shiv has been a tough guy since i first started dealing with him
always was....i had to have my freidn talk to him cause it was the only way i would get stuff done, and thats after spending 850 bucks to his company, i coudl have kept the money did cams with my reflash and would be at about 354whp and 380 tft lbs.. oh well you make bad decisions inlife and you learn from them, the BOTTOM line whoever is wrong is ......he has my money......my part......and he choses to ignore me.....thats why i may take legal action.........i understand where you are comming from Blonde though...

Who cares what your friend paid. When my friend had his stereo shop I paid invoice for all my stuff and nothing for labor. And my friends got a nice discount. But a regular joe shmoe paid full price. HMMMMM its crazy how life works huh?

 

I have never had any such "tough guy experiance" dealing with Shiv. In fact it has always been quite the opposite. His advise has always been so clearly stated so that only a moron would not understand. If he has delays on some of his products, he (and his staff) have always been up front about it.

If you come to Vishnu with an attitude problem, chances are your going to be disapointed.

This is funny. Kevin/evo8power's XEDE is right here on my desk. He sent it back to us without any notice or phone call to tell us it is coming. When we opened the box up, we noticed that one of his "tuners" had cut off the wires that control boost on the XEDE harness. Strange indeed.

So, until we those little terminals from our supplier, the XEDE harness cannot be repaired. Had the situation been different, we might have exchanged it outright with a new harness.

evo8power, get a grip on life. Your little threats of legal action are ridiculous. Its not Vishnu's fault that your harness is hacked up. Your attempt to damage a reputable business is falling on deaf ears, because it is total BS.

I paid almost $50 for FedEx to overnight my ECU to Vishnu. They overnighted it back for less than I paid to get it there. They're not gouging you on freight!

If I ran a shop and you sent me a part that YOU hacked up, I'd laugh at you. You should be grateful that Vishnu is getting the parts to repair your Xede. They have always, only treated my with respect and given me fast and thorough service.

The true picture has come out, and its obvious that the problem is that you are an unreasonable customer, not that Vishnu has treated you unfairly.

my "tunners" have been Pruven Performance lol, they did the swap out with the Exede, so yell at them if you think its hacked up, and yeah Shiv ill email you the dyno chart, or you can email www.xoticmotorsports.com and ask them for the sheet they keep em all on file, and thats where Andy dynoed his Sti too..and i heard you also talked to him and made a joke out of my problem, everyone tells me Shiv lol...its ok dont be mad that Al's dynoflash deystorys you, i only hit 282 who with your xede...so send it back ASAP lol....

 

If I had a friend that owned a shop and he gave joe blow the regular price and he gave his friends a better price, so be it, he owns the f****N shop and can charge anybody whatever he wants...If his friends get a better deal then quite being jealous that you aren;t hi friend...I am sure that someone else has given you a good deal in the past and noone else got one...Did they get on evom and *****????????
