Thumbs up for service

I installed my Xede today and was having a boost problem, or lack thereof. This is my second Xede so I went through all the usual checks then called Vishnu and 1. They answered the phone on the first try and 2. They also called me back to follow-up. Just thought I'd post this feedback since I've read alot of posts about difficulty getting through...

Thanks guys. We've been trying. Dave, Dustin, Brandon and Brian (sounds like we got a boy band, doesn't it?) have really kicked things into high gear. We have another back-up singer, Nick, starting in a couple of weeks. He should also be of great assistance. Plus, he's the much-needed tenor we've been looking for

Dude, Nick will have to have a little... err... "droppage" before he can sing tenor. He might be able to sing alto for you, though. Just imagine, a guy alto. You'll have customers far and wide come to see this unusual phenomenon.

Guys:

Shiv et al love what they do and want us to experience that enthusiasm through their products and service.

All gear heads have opinions. So let me give you mine. I'm glad I found Vishnu and I'm very glad I'm using their products and technical skill.

Oh by the way, throw a big serving of patience into that mix, 'cause they certainly have been that way with me.

I've dealt with allot of aftermarketers over the years and these boys are unique in wanting their stuff to really "work" for us.

Cheers,
JS
