VIVID's Dyno results

We finally got some numbers down...

So far the mods go;
Agency Power Turbo Back
MBC
ECUTEK FLASH/ 91 octane.
Stock intake
Stock clutch
Stock turbo and
Stock everything else

I'm really proud of this car, spiking to 23 psi then down to 20 psi by redline, Making 332 corrected power on our Mustang Dyno. Only one run with a full tank of pump gas and stock clutch, first time ever at the track, 12.890 @150.52 MPH. This is a MIVEC cam map, taking 8 months to make, made by Clark Turner (our tuner). This is going to be VIVID'S new mail in ecutek flash. I never once was tuned on the dyno just a flash Clark made!!! And it pulls hard to redline with no hesitation or knocking.

The other dyno graph on here is my old evo 8 with a gt35r, water injection, cams at 26 psi with the power fc. When you click the average power button on the dyno I made 130 more power and 120 ft lbs across the power band... MIVEC once again proves its worth! I will let you all know when you can buy this flash.

Wow...um...you sure about that trap speed?

Also, you said this was with a Mivec cam map, but you did not list cams as a mod. Did you forget to mention that or are you tuned for a mod you don't have? I'm confused.

Nice numbers regardless. I will probably be giving you guys a call here in a few months to get tuned once I get my MBC and downpipe. My friend Doug (NAUCRX on these forums) has told me some good things about you guys.

Evan,

Congrats!! those are very good numbers. What an irony man, a few months ago you threw everything out of the window with your old Evo 8 and your GT35R set up and all the bolt ons. Now your new car(White Evo 9 RS) is making near the power you made with the GT35R.. isn't that something?

Speaking of Clark(AZscoobie), yeah that guy has a lot of credit on his back, he tuned my WRX at Dynocomp and managed to squeeze 69whp on a Dyno Dynamic Dyno. Definately a good tuner.

Evan, if you are coming to Tucson before Friday please pm me, Justin(blue Evo 9 ) will be out of town but he ask me the favor to collect the stock BOV (only if you are coming to Tucson)

Take care!!

Carlos

So first time out at the track you trap 150mph but only ran a 12.8?

sorry to say, but your dyno reads a little high. that is a great 1/4 mile time but the 105mph trap speed does not corrospond the dyno numbers. nevertheless, we should do a dyno day at vivid! can you set one up?

+1 on the dyno day.

It would be nice to have another local shop to do dyno days at.

I also got a three dyno runs at another mustang dyno and put down the same numbers... There really is no way to up the numbers, look at the one sheet, the correction is only 12 whp which is not a lot, and the weight of my car is at 3600 on the dyno when really my evo is an RS and much less heavy! As for the track first and only run and rusty driver= slow track times!
