JIC Magic USA has EVO 8 exhausts. This "Bracket" is actually what makes the fitting difference. It is how it hangs from the hanger. They also include a tip extender, however when you put the exhaust on you do not need the tip extender as it pushes the tip out like other exhausts or your stock one. The one pictured above is the 505, the SUS is a straight exit exhaust so you dont have to worry. Anyways we bought JIC's exhaust stock so have TON here!!!

is there any performance difference between the SUS and the 505 ? and also do these now come with a bung already welded on them ? or is it still up to the customer to get this done at the time of installation ?

The SUS or Spartan type is a straight exit muffler like your stock unit. The 505 comes out at a angle the one on our Project EVO.

I'm going to have to agree. The guy who's exhaust fell apart - he kept asking questions about something he didn't quite install right, I don't think...
