alcohol vs meth

okay..so i've been reading alot of posts lately and it seems like there are several different opinions about the effects of using either alky or meth in the alky kits. And alot of people seem to be getting their facts mixed up.

so before i install my Snow performance kit, i would like to know all your opinions on what I should use..

here is my situation:
i have 05 gsr that has, 272 cams, TBE, headstuds, FP, electronic boost controler, and after the kit is installed a reflash.

now this is an important tid bit here. i take public transportation to work so my car sits pretty much from monday to friday without moving. That means that any chemical, whether its alky or meth, will be sitting in my car for a 5 days without much use.

I also will most likely be doing a 50/50 mix with windshield washer fluid. I am TRYING to hit 400whp or close to it on stock turbo (will upgrade in a year hopefully) but reliabilty is my priorty.

PLEASE help me choose between using alcohol or methonal.

any advice is greatly appreciated.

inject methanol, the more the better......make sure u got a failsafe to go with it. as long as there is no aluminum in your injection system and your system is fairly well sealed with a one way flapper valve( to prevent vacuum in resevoir) b/c MeOH is hygroscopic.

Next get a tuner who knows how to use the full benefits of methanol.
