I'm going to place mine right near the end of the hard portion of the intercooler piping before the throttle body. I wish there was more aluminum piping closer to the throttle body, but I guess we have to take what we can get.

^^^ Thats why when you do meht/alky you get hard pipes. when it passes through the stock uicp rubber section it expands it looses pressure

Spray downwards, into the pipe approx 8inches away -where the pipe bend is the smoothest.

it's nozzle is tapped into pipe vertically...no "L" bend ... it mists and the air flow carries the meth throughout the manifold.

The exact location isn't major as long as its between 3-8 inchecs from TB because there are so much pressure in the pipes...

i know people that have it set up a good way down the intercooler pipe ... "better atomization" is there reasoning... many of the manufactuers have trial and tested location...and they say the closer to the tb the better..on my 1.8T i drilled into my Tb...not on the evo though lol

Gave me an idea, I have an extra TB where I can drill and tap the 1/8NPT, then I just drill a hole in the t clamp so the holder can fit. If it comes in at the side it will go over and under the flapper good too.

is it possible or good to put it right after the throttle body? I was thinking I could use a throttle spacer that way I would not need to drill or tap anything and I could turn back to stock easily.
