you really shouldn't install it in or close to the throttle body if you are using one nozzle. Some people use one right after the IC to focus on cooling the the charge air and another one near the throttle body to help take heat out of the combustion chamber.

 

check snowperformance.net ...i think they know a thing or two about methanol injection...however, that is how i have mine setup at the moment

 

Is there a problem tapping the jet BEFORE the blow-off valve ?

I think that some water/meth is going outside through the valve, every time it'll open... correct ?

 

what if u have the stock upper pipe with a samco coupler... can u tap it in the metal portion right after the bov port and before the upper coupler or would a new hardpipe be the best

 

I just cut the last "L" piece in half before it bends into the TB, and joined them together with a thinwall. 2.6" titanium peice about 6 inches long. Provides a nice place to thread the nozzle in to. Tbolted it up on each side and good to go, the rubber duct emains the same shape but has a titanium insert. Also keeps it opened for more flow

Although titanium is corrosive under methanol - it just doesn't have time to contact it.
