Is this a system that goes 100% flow at a set PSI determined by the Hobbs switch? I didn't see a controller in the pictures.

the dds3 flow gauge mounts easily with velcro. easy to see in the corner of the eye

High Cv solenoid valve

Flow sensor - measures the entire flow range up to 1000cc/min / 15GPH

Is the DD3v8 thin enough and light enough that you could attach it to the windshield with a suction cup gauge mount? That's the way I have my XD-1 wideband gauge mounted so it's right in front of me. I'd be very interested in doing the same with the DD3 if it could be mounted the same way.

it should be an easy thing to do. the gauge OD is 52mm.

OT:
I opened my gauge to change the bezel to the new style, the layers of printed circuit boards within uses surface mount devices. Amazing how aquamist cramped so much feature into such a little gauge

Abner,

How are you planing on monitoring the low level fluid then? None?

I'll rely on the DDS3's SOA (safety operating area). If flow is not in my defined safety window (no flow, too low flow or too high flow), the car will run wastegate pressure ~12psig.

I was just wondering why you are spraying parallel to the air flow when most kits just spray across. Is that standard for Aquamist's kits?

i want to maximise time of flight and minimise coalescense from the mist impacting the wall on the opposite side.

The idea originated from Richard@aquamist. He made a very nice CNC piece for pre-turbo injection. I got the idea to use it in the post turbo tract, my buddy saikou_kun help me draw it out for laser cutting.

Abner I know you probably planned everything twice but as a suggestion I just want to let you know that you can always run universal 1 galon tanks that actually comes with the low level floating sensors.

Get this, if you have both tanks connected in parallel you might maximize your investment by having just only once low level sensor. As long as both tanks are connected on the bottom you can use one sensor for both tanks.
