oil analysis
That oil analysis looks like a HPLC mass spec for testing metals only. It won't detect any amount of methanol no mater what concentration.
Gas chromatograph, a different test, I think would be the procedure for alcohols

I'm no engineer, but I would say that the bottom line is whether the alcohol is contaminating the oil to the point that you are seeing unusual engine wear, which will show up through the conventional analysis of metal content.
Oh, I see, kind of like alcohol destroys the liver and you have huge platlet counts in your pee.
I think so long as the stuff isn't being sucked into the tract under normal driving then the chances of finding alcohols in the oil is no greater than finding gasoline in the oil. In fact, less of a chance due to it's rate of vaporization.
Dont worry, if your system is setup right then there are much more important things to worry about - like no alcohol
