Pounds are no fun, that's for sure. Thanks Richard and Jack for all your help. Hopefully we can get a group together soon. I just got my 6 quart flambeau tank yesterday.

the hsf-5 has already been through a couple of different group buys. this one is to stir up interest on the hsf-1, which is still an amazing kit, just not as "involved" as the hsf-5.

aboh6leenz, the HFS-5 is available at Aquamist resellers would wide. I'm pretty sure you would like it at the introductory offer price but that was a one time deal that we can not do again.......the resellers would have fits if we did that since the final price in that group buy was below their cost.

If its any consolidation, know that the HFS-1 kit can be upgraded to a HFS-5 kit with the addition of just a few items. The beauty of this is that right now you can get in on a really good deal with the HFS-1 and then at a later date upgrade.

About how easy it is to install? I don't know a whole lot about alky kits, I'm wondering if the instructions are enough for me to do the install myself. Thanks...

The following diagram is the entire system. I will follow up with installation procedure. It is very simple, most of the wires and plugs are already wired up from factory. Almost "plug and play" .

With Jack's help with water tank and Abner's ingenious method of mounting the two tanks, you don't have to spend too much time to work out where every thing should go.

It looks quite complicated but every colour wire termination is clearly colour coded so just matching the coloured wire to it, that is all.

Its going to happen for 3 people or 50, You guys just need a couple of more people so everyone can enjoy a decent price break. Remember, theres a nice tank included with the kit for buyers participating in this group buy.

This is the tank (06200)
http://fluids.flambeau.com/standard_...4.0_quart.html

It will have 2 melt welded 5/8 fast flow barbed fittings (061245) to either side of the fill neck. One will be dedicated for external venting, the other will be for the remote fill spout OR sealed off if the installer does not want to utilize the remote fill.

The cap on the tank will be sealed (not vented)

There will 6 feet of 5/8 hose

Included will be a remote fill spout (066023) again, with a sealed cap. It will be up to the installer to use it or just fill through the tank cap.

If buyers would like a second tank to increase capacity to 8 quarts I will help with the additional bulk fitting and the additional quick connects. If buyers would like I can install the float and the supply line bulk head fitting prior to shipping.

Its looks very similar to the one in this image except that theres a second line on the right side to run a line through the trunk floor for external venting.
