Meth leaking after short trips normal?
Good to hear from your Spencer. Your car is the prime example I use when explaining why not to use the safeinjection system.
We have developed our own system specifically removing all the problem areas that other kits employ. Push on brass fittings, mcmaster nozzles, meth solenoids, paddle wheel sensors, and inappropriate pumps are all areas we have insured were NOT used in our kit for maximum reliability and 100% methanol safe.

I was under the impression that when an injector was not receiving a signal it was closed, meaning that it shouldn't be leaking, right? Methanol can be an oxidizer but it shouldn’t be any more corrosive than any of the crap that gas companies put in their mixtures. Also the placement of the reservoir should not really matter due to the adhesive properties of methanol. It's a lot like water when siphoned, once you get it going, it will continue to flow.
i tried the solenoid...it didn't work for my situation...i had it powered up correctly...didn't open on time, then eventually not at all...i got it in a drawer some where lol

instead of a check valve what do you think about setting something up that when i turn the car off i hit a button or a switch to reverse the pump flow briefly to drain the line back to the tank and when i start the car the next time prime it to refill the system? not sure how complicated that would be but sounds like it would solve my problem.

Even if you could do that, it is a matter of gravity which will end with the same result.
