HFS-5 Install - Stupid Question

I'm about halfway through installing the HFS-5 Right now, everything is going well, except that I don't entirely understand how to thread the jets into the IC piping. I have the jet, that threads into the adapter, however it appears to be a much larger thread than a 1/8, what matches up with the 1/8 BSP thread I keep reading about?

I'm sure I'm just being retarded, but I really can't figure it out.

Someone straighten me out please.

EDIT:

I have a tap that says "1/8 NPT 27" on the side that looks about right, is that what I should use?

The 1/8 BSP adaptor adaptor needs a 8.8mm hole or 11/32" HOLE .

The adaptor will go into a 1/8 NPT threaded hole. But when you tap the 1/8 NPT, don't bottom it in one go or you might ended up an oversize hole. Keep test fitting the adaptor until you can tighten the adaptor with your fingers. once done, loctite the assemgly.

that's the worng tap, but just by eyeballing it, you can easily get the 1/8" npt and the 1/8" bsp mixed up. They almost look identical.

The jet adapter should have both a male thread and a female thread. The jet itself screws into the female threads of the adapter, and then the adapter male threads screw into the intercooler pipe that's tapped to 1/8" bsp.
